My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. The front desk staff was not helpful and seemed unfriendly, which set a negative tone for my stay. The room I received had a persistent bad smell and issues with the air conditioning, making it uncomfortable. The only positive aspect was the location, as it was close to shopping and restaurants. Overall, this hotel did not meet my expectations for quality.
I had a great stay at Cancun Bay Resort for 9 days. The resort was clean and the atmosphere friendly, making it feel very inviting. The dining options were impressive for a smaller resort, especially with the sushi bar and theme nights. While the activities were enjoyable, I found the room service charge of $5 for delivery a bit excessive. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation, and I can't wait to come back again!
This hotel serves mainly business travelers and offers some decent amenities like a buffet breakfast and pool. However, the check-in process is frustratingly slow, and the rooms, while functional, can have an unpleasant smell at times. It's reasonably priced, but not suitable for vacationers looking for a tourist-friendly atmosphere.
My stay at this hotel was less than satisfactory. While the location was convenient, the overall experience was marred by a strong sewage smell in both rooms and poor service from the staff. I left feeling disappointed and definitely would not recommend staying here.
